Making your own homemade Yogurt is very easy and you wind up with a product free of preservatives and chemicals ...so its much healthier for you than the stuff they sell in supermarkets.
What we'll show you here is how we make Yogurt using a Bulgarian live Yogurt culture
and our YogoTherm .....

Pour1-2 liters of Milk into a Clean Saucepan
We used regular Store Milk for this , but you can use Organic Milk just as easily

After the 5-7 hours of incubation remove the plastic tub from the YogoTherm and place it in the fridge ...
That's all there is to making a great batch of healthy and great tasty Yogurt

The Bulgarian live Yogurt culture can be re-cultured . How you do this is , make your original Batch and remove approx.1/2 cup of yogurt and store that in a clean container in the fridge. When it's time to make a new batch of yogurt , go through the process above and instead of adding the culture to the milk ,just add the yogurt you saved for this. You can keep doing this re-culturing for quite a number of batches .
But you'll eventually reach a point when the 'Mother' culture gets weakened and you'll want to start a brand new Batch.
