Growing your own Tasty & Nutritious
Sprouts is one of the easiest things you can
do...but there are certain very important
details to take into account if you want to
do this right.
Just about everyone ,including us ...who started sprouting
back in the late 60's and early 70's, used
Mason and other glass jars to grow in. That
does work , but it certainly isn't an ideal
way to go about this.
When you sprout in Jars , and were talking
from experience here....you're dealing with
issues , like very poor air circulation and
incomplete drainage which are the leading
causes of mold growth .
This is
what's nice about our Kitchen Sprouter it's got
more than enough Airflow going on so as long as
you rinse your sprouts enough and drain them
well you don't run into problems with mold |

The
Kitchen Sprouter includes two trays a lid and drip tray
and measures 8 inches by 8 inches ,Instructions Included
.
It's very easy to make sprouts ...put 2
tablespoons of your favorite sprout seeds in a
cup filled with slightly cool water and let that
sit overnight . In the morning pour off
the water ,being careful not to dump out your
sprout seeds , now fill the cup up again with
slightly cool water and let that sit for 5
minutes .
Now carefully pour out the water and spread your
wet sprout seeds in the Kitchen Sprouter tray.
3-4 times a day Rinse the sprouts with slightly
cool water .
This is an extremely important thing to do if
you want to get healthy good tasting sprouts .

other so they don't take up
much space , then since one
of the trays is. slightly
